The guarantee, and what it asks of you

This is a workbook, not a book you read. The guarantee is tied to doing the work, so it is tied to the work, not to the reading.

To request a refund you need to have done all three of these

Do that and it still did not help, and you get every cent back within three business days.

Worked at least the first fourteen days of the program.
Kept the written record the workbook asks for: the Stimulation Audit from Day 1, your Trigger Map, and an evening reflection for each of those fourteen days, each one dated.
Emailed info@21dayreset.me within twenty-one days of your purchase with photos or scans of those dated pages, plus a couple of sentences on what did not work for you.

Refunded with no conditions

Some things are refunded with no conditions at all, no evidence, no questions: you were charged twice, the file never arrived or would not open, you bought it by mistake and told us within twenty-four hours before downloading it, or a statutory right of withdrawal applies to you where you live.

Why the policy works this way

The program only does something if you do the reps. A guarantee that pays out for reading it rewards exactly the behavior this book is about. We would rather say that plainly before you buy than pretend otherwise afterwards.

Refund FAQ

What counts as proof?: Photos or scans of the dated Stimulation Audit, Trigger Map, and fourteen evening reflections. The dates must be visible. Screenshots of typed notes count if they show the date and the content the workbook asks for.
What if I lost a day?: One missed day inside the fourteen does not void the guarantee if the rest of the written record is there and dated. Tell us which day you missed when you write.
What if I only got to day nine?: The completion-based refund needs fourteen days of work and the matching pages. If you stopped earlier, the conditional guarantee does not apply. Unconditional cases (double charge, file never arrived, mistaken purchase before download, or a statutory withdrawal right) still do.
How long does the refund take?: Once we have a complete request, every cent goes back within three business days. Your bank or card network may take a few more days to show it.
What if my card was charged twice?: Email us from the address on the order. Double charges are refunded with no conditions and no evidence beyond the order record.
